The Process

The WPS recruiting process is designed to match your needs as meticulously as possible. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship based on providing our clients with solid value.

If you choose to conduct a Contained Search, an upfront, non-refundable fee of $2,000 is due to commence your search with the remainder of the fee ONLY due if you hire one of the candidates we present.  The back end fee will be based on a percentage of base salary, less the fee previously paid.

If you choose contract recruiting and hourly rate will be established.


  • We will ask you for a position description along with salary range.

  • We will send you a brief questionnaire to to learn about your organization and the position you want to fill to ensure a successful placement.

  • QualifyIng candidates. We interview for:

Communication Skills


Thought Process

  • Resume submission.

  • SAS and SPSS testing.

  • Schedule telephone and on-site interviews.

  • Reference checking:

    • Three business references presented at interview.
    • Education credentials presented at offer.
    • Verification of employment dates presented at offer.
    • Criminal records will be investigated by client.
  • Offer presentation. This is completed by you or WPS. We are available to assist in all negotiations. The offer should include salary, bonus, paid-time-off and benefits.

  • Onboarding. A well planned process helps new employees become fully operational quickly. We assist the candidate with his or her resignation process to insure a smooth transition to you. This process can take up to two months with an H1Visa transfer.
