Our clients require business references from prospective candidates. It is our standard procedure to check theses references when referring you to our clients. Signing the disclosure statement below allows us to check you references to verify the information you have given us.
Please provide the names, telephone numbers, email addresses and titles of three business references. Briefly describe your relationshipj to these references. If you are working, we realize that in most cases you cannot use your current manager as a reference. Managers and peers from a previous employer are acceptable as well as past clients that can speak to your work and accomplishments.
I understand that WPS, Inc. may conduct a reference check. This reference may include information regarding character, work record, general knowledge and capabilties, and reputation.
