Mary is the Owner and Managing Partner. Her work specializes in Analytics within the Financial Services, Marketing, Insurance Risk and Supply Chain Management sectors. Her client base includes corporations with local, regional and national presence. Clients include banking, commercial and consumer finance, insurance, marketing and consulting firms.

Personalized Staffing, Inc. dba PS Inc.
Mary built this start-up staffing firm into a $3M operation in Chicago and New York. PS Inc. provided a high level of service to clients such as Tribune Company, Midas International, SBC, Right Management Consultants, Cantor Fitzgerald, Northwestern University and others. Conducted retained, contingent and contract recruiting. Candidates included Network Engineers, Systems Analysts/Programmers, Financial Analysts, Sales and Marketing Executives.

A Chicago native, Mary also spends quality time on volunteer work with The Children's Place and is a Court Advocate.
